TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Tickets are non-refundable and not for resale. Cannot be redeemed for cash. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Restrictions may apply. Subject to availability. Some performances may be sold out due to demand. Ticket price does not include fees, parking, merchandise, or concessions. Due to the nature of live theatre, casting, performance dates/times are subject to change.
TICKETS: Tickets are for sale online. For phone orders or in person, please see Box Office hours.
EXCHANGE FEES: Single ticket exchange fee: $5 per ticket for any exchanges made on single ticket purchases.
BOX OFFICE HOURS: Please call Tuesday-Friday 12pm-4pm. 2 hours before showtimes and events.
PROCESSING & HANDLING FEES: There's a standard $8, per ticket, processing and handling fee for all tickets.
REFUNDS: Tickets are non-refundable with the exception of cancelled events, but we’re happy to exchange for any performance available during the run of the production. Handling fees are always non-refundable.
LATE SEATING: Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of house management. Please plan to arrive 20 minutes before show time.
CHILDREN & INFANTS: Most performances are suitable for age 13 and up. Please inquire when purchasing your tickets about the age appropriateness of specific events.
ANIMALS: With the exception of service animals, no animals are permitted in the facility.
COURTESIES: In consideration of fellow ticket holders and our artists, please refrain from the use of any and all electronic devices for the duration of the performance.
PARKING:
$5 on site General Parking is available - CASH ONLY.
On-site, paid, self-parking is available in one of our designated parking lots – the Evergreen Side Lot and the Alley Lot (east of the theatre).
On-site parking is available 60 minutes before show time. Lots are locked 30 minutes after the performance. NOTE: Parking lots do fill up early. It is advised to plan accordingly.
Limited parking for ADA guests (with current placard) is available.
All parking is subject to availability. GMT does not advise parking on Rose Street.
Please do not leave valuables in your vehicles.
HEALTH & SAFETY:
Garry Marshall Theatre is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for audiences, performers, and staff. All audience and staff members will be required to follow all CDC, California State and Los Angeles City health guidelines while on the premises and during any and all events or performances.
Garry Marshall Theatre is a fully-vaccinated workplace. All staff, actors, crew members, musicians, and volunteers are fully-vaccinated – as this venue interfaces with members of Actor’s Equity Association.
Garry Marshall Theatre has implemented:
Increased cleaning & sanitation and updated ventilation systems – including MERV-13 filters.
The distance between the stage and the audience has been increased.
Please note that all protocols are subject to change, based on guidance from governmental, health or union agencies at the time of any given event or performance. Ticket holders who do not comply with venue policies will not be admitted or asked to leave the theatre. Thank you for your continued support.
There will be no food or drink permitted inside the theatre.
