PARKING:
$5 on site General Parking is available - CASH ONLY.
On-site, paid, self-parking is available in one of our designated parking lots – the Evergreen Side Lot and the Alley Lot (east of the theatre).
On-site parking is available 60 minutes before show time. Lots are locked 30 minutes after the performance. NOTE: Parking lots do fill up early. It is advised to plan accordingly.
Limited parking for ADA guests (with current placard) is available.
All parking is subject to availability. GMT does not advise parking on Rose Street.
Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle.
COURTESIES:
LATE SEATING: Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of house management. Please plan to arrive 20 minutes before show time.
FILMING: The taking of photos and personal device filming is allowed on a per event/show basis. However, even when filming is permitted, GMT reserves the right to prohibit the use of devices if it is at the detriment to fellow audience members' enjoyment, or disrupts a sightline.
GMT reserves the right to have professional recording within its property.
CHILDREN & INFANTS: Most performances are suitable for age 13 and up. Please inquire when purchasing your tickets about the age appropriateness of specific events.
ANIMALS: With the exception of service animals, no animals are permitted in the facility.
HEALTH & SAFETY:
Garry Marshall Theatre is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for audiences, performers, and staff. All audience and staff members will be required to follow all CDC, California State and Los Angeles City health guidelines while on the premises and during any and all events or performances.
Garry Marshall Theatre is a fully-vaccinated workplace. All staff, actors, crew members, musicians, and volunteers are fully-vaccinated – as this venue interfaces with members of Actor’s Equity Association.
Garry Marshall Theatre has implemented:
Increased cleaning & sanitation and updated ventilation systems – including MERV-13 filters.
The distance between the stage and the audience has been increased.
Please note that all protocols are subject to change, based on guidance from governmental, health or union agencies at the time of any given event or performance. Ticket holders who do not comply with venue policies will not be admitted or asked to leave the theatre. Thank you for your continued support.
There will be no food or drink permitted inside the theatre.

TICKET INFO
TICKETS: Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing tickets.
All ticket purchases for performances and events are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: changes in schedule, personal conflicts, or cancellations.
TICKET EXCHANGE INFORMATION: If you wish to exchange your ticket(s) for a different performance within the same production, and availability allows, we will gladly assist with an exchange. Please note, that any ticket exchange incurs a per ticket exchange fee to be paid at the time of the exchange. The ability to exchange tickets is dependent on availability, and exchanges can only be made within the same production or event. Ticket exchanges do not guarantee the exact seats from original purchase. Ticket exchanges are non-transferable to other productions, titles or events.
Cannot be redeemed for cash. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Restrictions may apply. Subject to availability. Some performances may be sold out due to demand. Ticket price does not include fees, parking, merchandise, or concessions. Due to the nature of live theatre, casting, performance dates/times are subject to change.
PROCESSING & HANDLING FEES: A standard $8, per ticket, processing and handling fee will be applied for all tickets.

EXCHANGE FEES: Single ticket exchange fee: $5 per ticket for any exchanges made on single ticket purchases.
REFUNDS: Tickets are non-refundable with the exception of cancelled events, but GMT is happy to exchange for any performance available during the run of the production. Processing & handling fees are always non-refundable.
CLASS INFO
CLASSES: Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in GMT classes, camps, or educational opportunities.
All classes are nonrefundable. Once purchased, it is considered final.
ADULT CLASS CREDIT INFORMATION: For classes outside of GMT’s Youth Education Program, please be aware that we are unable to issue any refunds or credits after purchase. As these classes are not part of a series and are free-standing, they are not eligible for rescheduling or credit toward an alternate class.
YOUTH EDUCATION CREDIT INFORMATION: If eligible, credit issued for Youth Education is only be used toward future Youth Education classes if a future class is within 365 calendar days from date of purchase. Garry Marshall Theatre is unable to guarantee future classes if not announced. Credit issued from a Youth Education Program cannot be transferred or used for ticket purchases or any other type of event, including adult classes or performances. Any issued Youth Education credit is strictly tied to the Youth Education Program and cannot be applied outside of the program.
